Subject: - ``repoze.bfg.testing.registerRoutesMapper`` testing facility added.
   This testing function registers a routes "mapper" object in the   registry,
 for tests which require its presence.  This function is   documented in the
 ``repoze.bfg.testing`` API documentation.
