- Add a deprecation warning for non-API function
``pyramid.renderers.renderer_from_name`` which has seen use in the wild.
- Add a ``clone`` method to ``pyramid.renderers.RendererHelper`` for use by
the ``pyramid.view.view_config`` decorator.
