fix(updater): add missing sqlalchemy.sql.text() to some migrations

Turns out that the default Path= value for cookies is not what we want,
so we set it explicitely.

This also fixes a few spots from previous additions.

Technically the correct chart type to use, but we'll see what looks
better.
